We are located at 421 West Irving Park Road, Itasca, just west of the train station. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of our building.

Availability

Our office hours are designed with your needs in mind. Convenient hours including Saturday appointments are readily available. Your busy schedule is important! We make every effort to be on time for your visit. Likewise, if you have to change an appointment, we ask that you give us 24-hour advanced notice so that we can use your time to serve other patients. Once your treatment needs are determined, we try to complete your care in as few appointments as possible.
